Reduce documentation obsolescence with custom campaigns to let users update their pages
It's difficult to assess which content of a Confluence Space is up-to-date or obsolete, without any tool.
The objective of this app is to create page update campaign to:
- List the content that could be obsolete based on criteria
- Let users know the content to update
- Measure the progress of the campaign
Create custom update campaign to let users update/review their pages
An update/review campaign is created by a site administrator, and is based on several criteria : no update during a timeframe, authors to retrieved in the last n versions of the page, labels linked to pages to exclude them of the campaign.
During the creation process, a consent can be given to retrieve all emails of the contributor users implied in the campaign. With this, the campaign creator will have the complete lists of email addresses to include in his communication
Note : all the email addresses retrieved are not stored after the campaign creation is done.
The campaign creator can see figures about the progress of campaigns.
Review or update pages which are under the user responsability
In a single page, the user can see the lists of all pages which meet criteria of all existing campaigns, he needs to review.
Once a page of this list is updated, it disappears of the list, and as well from the other user's list that had the same page.
Note : As of July 2022, it's not possible to make the page disappear without editing it; it could be a future feature.
